Acceptance

By accessing or using Saymple, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Saymple provides

Saymple simplifies text, public webpages, documents, and images into clearer, plain-language versions. You may submit only sources you are authorized to access and process. Results are informational and should be verified before you rely on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use Saymple to generate or share illegal, harmful, hateful, or defamatory content.
  • Abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
  • Automate excessive requests that degrade the service for others.
  • Submit private, restricted, or copyrighted source material without the necessary permission.
  • Present a Saymple result as professional advice.

Saymple may restrict or remove access when these rules are violated.

Accounts and shares

You are responsible for your account credentials and the content you share. Shared pages are unlisted by default and are visible to people who have the link. Links that go unvisited for 90 days may be deleted automatically.

No warranties

Saymple is provided “as is.” Accuracy, completeness, and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saymple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

Saymple may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. Changes take effect when published here.
